GPX, FIT & TCX tools for runners, riders, and triathletes
Trim a bad start, merge two rides into one, or check what's actually inside a Garmin file — all in your browser, before it goes anywhere near Strava.
GPX Viewer & Trimmer
Upload a GPX file, see it on a map with elevation, then trim the start/end and export a cleaned file.
GPX Merger
Combine two or more GPX or TCX files (e.g. when your watch died mid-ride) into one exportable track.
FIT Merger
Combine Garmin FIT recordings into one track, decoded in your browser. Pauses stay as breaks; the export is GPX.
File Inspector & Converter
Detect GPX, TCX, or FIT format, view metadata and point counts, and convert between GPX and TCX.
FIT File Repair
Planned tool for repairing a corrupted or truncated Garmin FIT file. It is not built yet; use the Inspector to examine a rejected file today.
Why GPXFIT
Activity files can contain detailed GPS traces of where you live, work, and train. GPXFIT parses, edits, and exports everything client-side: no upload, no account, no server ever sees your route.
Built for real problems
Forgot to stop your watch and drove home? Your watch died mid-ride? Strava rejected a corrupted FIT file? The Inspector shows what the file contains and whether it passes validation, so you can identify the problem.
Free to use
Every tool above is free. We may add an optional paid tier later for batch processing and larger files — see About for where this project is headed.
